While we understand life happens and schedules shift, we hold your appointments just for you and ask that if you must cancel or reschedule any appointment, you provide us with 24-hour notice. This way, our team of professionals will be able to adjust their schedules accordingly and we may be able to accommodate clients on our waiting list.
Appointments not cancelled in this time frame will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service.
No shows will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service.
Keratin treatments and Color Correction appointments require a 50% deposit when booking.
DEPOSITS
A deposit is required to secure certain appointments (e.g., smoothing treatments, specialty color services).
At Allure Hair Salon, your appointments are very important to us. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, and we ask for at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or changes to appointments that require a deposit.
On-Time Cancellations (with sufficient notice): Your deposit will be refunded back to your original payment method or, if you prefer, placed as a credit on your salon account to be used toward a future booking.
Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Deposits are non-refundable for late cancellations or no-shows when less than 48 hours notice is given for services that require a deposit.
We appreciate your understanding and support in helping us provide the best service to all of our guests.
Services: If you are unhappy with any part of your service, we ask that you let us know within 24 hours of the original service and no longer than two weeks after the original visit. We will resolve the issue with the original stylist.
Product: We will exchange any hair product within 2 weeks of purchase date for a product of equal or lesser value than the original product price.
Gift Cards: No refunds will be given for gift card purchases.
