Cancellation Policy
While we understand life happens and schedules shift, we hold your appointments just for you and ask that if you must cancel or reschedule any appointment, you provide us with 48-hour notice. This way, our team of professionals will be able to adjust their schedules accordingly and we may be able to accommodate clients on our waiting list.
Appointments not canceled in this time frame will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service.
No shows will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service.
LateArrivals
Guests who arrive late may need to have their service modified or Guests arriving 15 minutes or more past their scheduled appointment time may be treated as a missed appointment** and the applicable cancellation or no-show fee may apply.
Guests who demonstrate a pattern of missed appointments or ongoing late arrivals may no longer be eligible to schedule future services at the salon.
These policies are in place to respect the time of our team and our guests and are applied consistently to all clients.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Allure Hair Salon reserves the right to refuse service or future bookings when scheduling policies are repeatedly not respected.
Deposits
Certain services require a 50% deposit at the time of booking, including:
- Keratin/Smoothing Treatments
- Color Corrections
- Hair Extension Appointments
This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service.
For first-time guest, we require a credit card on file and a $1 verification deposit to reserve your appointment.
At Allure Hair Salon, your appointments are very important to us. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, and we ask for at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or changes to appointments that require a deposit.
On-Time Cancellations (with sufficient notice): Your deposit will be refunded back to your original payment method or, if you prefer, placed as a credit on your salon account to be used toward a future booking.
Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Deposits are non-refundable for late cancellations or no-shows when less than 48 hours notice is given for services that require a deposit.
We appreciate your understanding and support in helping us provide the best service to all of our guests.
Refund Policy
Services: If you are unhappy with any part of your service, we ask that you let us know within 24 hours of the original service and no longer than two weeks after the original visit. We will resolve the issue with the original stylist.
Product: We will exchange any hair product within 2 weeks of purchase date for a product of equal or lesser value than the original product price.
Gift Cards: No refunds will be given for gift card purchases.
Gratuity Policy
To keep our checkout process simple and efficient, gratuities are not accepted on credit cards.
If you would like to leave a gratuity for your stylist, we offer several convenient options:
